I was given a Hardcase Blue Lipo 4000mah 30C by the FormulaDRC owner to mess around with and note the results. The packaging was great. It came in a nice sealed anti-static bag with good instructions.
First cycle wasn't impressive, but after the third cycle the pack woke up. I charged it at 20A, 30A, 33A and 35A. Discharge was between 30-35A with the use of the Powerlab 8.
Ran the pack in the FLM Rustler with the MMpro and LRP Vector 8 2500kv motor, geared at 58-25 Mod.8. Tires were the Jaco foams. Voltage help up good untill half of the pack. More will follow.

Interesting so 120+/- Amps for 50 sec.

How long did it take you to get it to half ?

I think that was 120A at 50 seconds........... not for 50 seconds.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Cause if I am wrong sign me up for some.

That was at 50 seconds.

The one minute burnout will follow later in the day, with a vid.

I did the burnout with the Rustler first and FAIL!! The MMpro shut down on me. So went with the old reliable and put the pancar with MM in action.

Nice O.o we should make you a Buffing tire for that pan car so you can buff that surface while doing burn out hahahaha.

Hummm so its able to get 100-120 amps with the voltage dropping to about 6.7-7.0v

What was the temps of the batts and did the battery Poof ?

And were you able to charge the batts again and with it holding full charge and voltage ?

The temp was good and no puffing. I didn't have much time yet to do a full run and recharge again. My little Aston Martin is taking up lots of time right now.

The little man is doing good so far.

The batteries are more robust than I thought. In 1/10 applications they are pretty good.
