Guys check out the progress. Have a few more things to work on to finish it up, but it is coming along nicely. Also should be out Sunday depending on the weather.

Looks bad ass dude! We'll be setting up the track at 10:00 again. I look forward to seeing this thing run.

Wayne wants to know if you had to mod anything or was it a direct fit.

Hey Chris check this out!! It's my OFNA GTP w/RX8 and Tekno Neu 1515/1.5D
From looking a little closer I see yours is the Slash 4x4 and it will be pretty cool if we can get a couple more people to get these 8th scale bodies and start flying around the track.

Yup it's the slash 4x4. I'm looking for an actual 1/8 on road roller to put a mmm or tekin into but I thought I'd start with this. And as far as modification I shortened the stock body mounts 1/4" and limited the shocks.

Yeah I think the Slash 4x4 will probably get around the track as fast or faster than the heavy 8th. Great Idea though and it looks great!!!! I will be dropping Randy's 1/8 latemodel body for his slash tomorrow so there will be another "big" car on the track.

Sweet. Unfortunately the parts from tower didn't get here today so the slash isn't back to 4 wheel yet. But I'll try rear wheel drive and see how it does.

New body pics. Still the Slash 4x4 but now has the MMM 2650 on 6s LiPo and was clocked at 75mph before violent blow-over at 3/4 throttle.

It didn't come near you. LOL That would prolly hurt more than the TC5 that hit me at 49 tho.
