Dusted off my old mamba max and swapped out the 13awg wires with 12awg. Added 8 caps just so I can use high start power and overgear a bit. C40 6T Hacker motor for the super quick spoolups. Dean, I need the 235mm protoform body for this one.
I finally have the 12L running right. Super quick booger with the 12T C40 Hacker motor. Using the LT-200A esc with the cheapo 2200mah Turnigy that charges at 10A!

...we need to change your name to MadMan. Your crazy dude, that seems like a pretty high power setup for the little pan cars. Oh wait, EXCELLENT!!

It seems like you might be a little underpowered for those large, heavy cars!!!
Looks good man

That little 12L is geared for 48mph. The bigger one for 100mph. But being realistic it probably will do 70mph tops with the little motor.

I think you need to slap the Pletty in the Lynx II with some 1:1 gearing you know just for giggles well you might need some kind of trailer for the batts though

I tried sticking in the 1/8 LRP motor in there, but it was sticking out from the bottom. Kinda like it was dragging it's balls around. Or balls out power.

Ah yes. I still have that one. I also have the rare B50 5s Hacker up for grabs. Need the RX8 or MMM and some ballsy batteries for that one.

B50 5s do you mean the super hard to get Hacker B50 5s that is the coveted Drag Racing motor correct...... So Wes this is not the Hacker you want for your Jammin' unless you only wanna run for a couple of mins and then wait for everything to cool down but you will have the fastest Jammin on the track but it's not a bashing setup. You would also have to invest in some serious batteries. See if snellemin will sell you the CMaxx and you would have a sweet setup well as soon as you decide on an ESC.
Romano what do you want for those motors? maybe i need another B50

Here's the B50 motor in action. Blew up my foam tire at launch. It's 1.09minutes into the video.

The LRP 1/8 motor had a 13mm rotor in it, kinda like the HV Novak. The Lehner motor that is the size of a mamba has a 19mm rotor! Talk about torque.

Isn't the LRP like the Novak in the sense that they just made the X12 bigger. Is that right or did they do something different with the LRP.

Yup its like the Novak. They made it longer and increased the shaft diameter to 5mm. The rotor diameter increased from 12.5 to 13mm.
