hey guys im back and i got good job with overtime so i wanna start getting my trucks working condition again. im gonna start with my emaxx first. i need some advice. i have a 3906 2speed emaxx that is stock. i wanna go brushless but from what ive read the 2 speed trannys dont hold up to much except stock motors. so is there a weak brushless system that will not shread my gears?or what about a tunable system that u can delay the power like the way a slipper clutch works? i mainly drive in grass and construction sites(off road) i dont jump it it has done alot of crawling in its long life( wanna buy a crawler next). dont race it. should i just stay with the stock motors(which mine are dead) i was thinking of a hobbywing 80a brushless system those range about 100 bucks or a kershaw single motor 700 upgrade kit.. unless u guys have something else in mind?

I know your looking in the cheap range but I perfer the Mamba Monster, I know its expensive but at Randys they can hook it up and make it less powerfull so it wont strip the gears.

If it were me i'd convert to a single speed. Also...I could be wrong but I think the stock gearing in the old emaxx's are plastic? You may want to double check. If so you will shread them...Also, make sure you set the slipper correct. Doing wheelies is fun but you will snap the yokes.
