Customer service: Non Existence, Does not respond, Will reply with tracking numbers.
Comment: Ordered $150+ in parts, that was listed instock, but which later then flagged as out of stock. Seller did not notify me, I had to contact them after 5 days. Seller never responded, after 10 business days he replies with a tracking number. I thought it was just slow service until the package arrived. it was only 1/4th of my order. After contacting seller again no response. After 5 days i get a tracking number and thought my nightmare was over. Guess what this was only 2/4th of my order. Contacted seller again still no response, until my claim on PayPal went through and he had to make a decision. else i would get all my money refunded. Seller decided to give me a partial refund for the still never received items.
What would you Grade it ?:
C-Costumer Service: F (Could have contacted me and replaced items that he didnt have with items he had)
Inventory selection: C (Items in stock need to be updated)
Shipping time: C (I did get my item that he had in stock)
Bonus Effort: B (For the effort of sending my parts in little bits n pieces)
NOTE: It is not a Horrible store. Just don't expect your item fast. Even the items that are in stock. So my tip is if they have a hard to get item, try calling or messaging until you can verify that they have it and order, then just be patience.
