Well we all have SC trucks. And its all fun =D
But I think its save to say most of us have atleast one Touring car.

But since they don't survive against trucks or tend to break easy smashing at high speeds into walls, most of us rarely run em.

So i thought how about we do what SC Trucks do, make them handle like shit.

Everyone Run HPI Drift Tires Type A or T (I know Type T are too hard on Randys Parking lot)
And we all have a Ice Race going.
This will Slow down some faster drivers.
Kids learn how to drive on harsh conditions.
So going over to Grip racing will be a breeze.
Carnige is less brutal (But occurs more) AND looks fun as hell. (I guess thats what we are out here for)

Our Goal is to utilize the small track we have. And make it look like this.

RC Videos

It would be Run any 1/10th scale TC car you want.
That includes True Scale HPI and Tamiya/Yokomo Mini Class (Mini Cooper, Beetle)
Run any Motor and battery you want.
Only thing is YOU HAVE TO RUN Drift Tires.
(Which ones we still have to figure out I dont really want to use Nitro drifts since they act like rubber for most slower electric, the goal is to FORCE the car to handle like SHIT and have it faishtail and slide all over the track)

So if some people can get on the bandwagon and help out.
Ideas thoughts and so on.

This make total sense and I'm all for it. I used the HPI Type A tires Sunday on the TC5 and it worked pretty well for how we had the track set up. I'm still learning how to get into the drift, but they drifted good around the corners.

Thats what we trying to get together.
I am pretty sure all of us has atleast one touring car.
Its me and big air with definite drift car set up so far.
(I am pretty sure we can slow Dominator down with some drift tires !!!)

Was able to test some Type A with Big_Air's car today, i think, i like the type A the best on this surface.
I tested some Type T throught out the course of several weeks but its very slippery. But then maybe it was wrong setup.

I know for fact Nitro Drifts are not drift happy they are more like speed drifts.
To keep the play field the same Type A and T.

Well so far i think we decided on
Type A Drift Tires.
Any motor Goes.
I am still debating on Have o run locked diff or not.
because the Type A seem to act two faced.
They grip enough to be fast or dont grip at all.
With Diffs you can run like a retarted handeling touring car.
With Locked Rear Diff they will drift wonderfully.
Making this compound wierd if we wanted to race with them.
