| I made another wiring harness and I can do 22S setup now. Acceleration is just nuts with that kinda voltage. Mark you got to ride it man. | |

| Ok, so I averaged 38mph with the 22s. Motor hub was 99F, controller was less than that. I peaked at 49.48A, which calculates to over 4000W. I was pulling 20A continuous at max throttle and used 2629mah.
The new brakepads I got from REI, slow downs the bike alot better. To get rid of the brake squeel from the front, I toe'd in the brakes pads. I still have to play with it some more to quiet it down all the way.
To prevent me from locking up the the front under any cirumstances, I used some silicone oil on the pads. It's like having antilock brakes in the front now. I can squeeze as hard as I want and not lock up. I still have no need for diskbrakes in the front.

| OMG Romano. You're oiling your brakes so they don't squeak and lock up??? I'm surprised they're not smoking. I think you've really pushed the limits of this poor bike. But I LOVE it!!!! LOL | |

| 90V is pushing it?? I can go another 10V, or say 24S on the bike . But I will be really pushing the brake limits. | |

| You could do it Fred Flintstone style and just drag your feet. | |

| I use to do that back in Suriname. We used old shoes for that. There was also the other method of stopping the bike pressing your shoe either on the front or rear tires. And when you think of it now, I could've broken my ankles. But when living in a 3rd world country, you can still achieve alot without feet | |

| Now that's just funny Mr. Flintstone. LOL. You're woried about locking up the front tire now, hell I remember the foot method where you jam your foot on the front wheel, and I remember kids locking the front wheel and going flying. | |

| OMG!!! You don't have to worry about melting fuses in the normal conventional manner. You're going to melt the whole damn thing, not just the fuse element. | |

| Well, I'm still thinking about selling most of my RC stuff to build me a 60mph bike. But it's hard to let go of my vintage toys.
If I had 30k laying around, I can convert my minitruck into a shifter electric monster.

Well of course... nothing makes a bike handle better than green/black fleece.

| Well if I had Maxamps flame stickers, I would have a record setting Ebike. "Da Fleece" is Mark Owen approved. | |
