Well I purchased a used DM-1 Roller and I thought I wasn't going to receive it but I got it today.

Here's what it looked like when I got it except it didn't have a nitro motor.

It was really nasty dirty but with a little time and the new chassis that came with it.....It Looks like NEW!!!!

I am going to order the Motor Mount and battery tray tonight so hopefully by middle of the next week it will be up and running.

So whatcha think?

I think it looks freakin' good after you cleaned it. I'm digging the tires mang. Is the Pletty going into it?

That's what I was thinking the Pletty would be great but there is so many choice's maybe the Tekno Neu 1512/1.5D. But the Pletty will be the first one in there.

Yep those tires are freaking sweet can't wait to run them it they smell like you are at Discount Tire and feel like real rubber too.

It will do that!!!! But I want it to actually perform on the track. I'm pretty pumped up about it. The way the suspension feels is totally different than the GTP in a good way.

Well the GTP is mostly a budget vehicle and good for straightlight and ovals mostly. The DM is straight up onroad.

Thanks!!!
I'm really happy with how it turned out...you saw what it looked like and with about 2 hours of disassembly, clean-up and re-assembly the results are awesome. Then with the parts I bought I'll have $250 in it before electronics for basically a new car.

It's 1/8 scale. The same size as the GTP.

Well I got a call from Nitrohouse today and my motor mount is backordered for a couple of weeks so I guess it's gonna sit there until then.

Oh I know...I have the mount out of the Jammin that would work but I want the stuff I had already planned on and I don't wanna take the one from the other truck cause what would I use for that one. I'm just gonna be patient and do it right.
